    Emaar Beachfront is a row of glass towers on reclaimed land, with Palm Jumeirah on one side and the Marina skyline and yacht basin on the other. Our three apartments are here, with access to the residents’ beach and the building pools. It is noticeably calmer than JBR, with fewer passers-by and mostly residents on the sand.

    Cafés and restaurants are steadily opening at the foot of the towers as the district fills in, while the Marina promenade, Pier 7 and the JBR beach clubs are about five minutes away by car. Many private yacht charters now depart from the Dubai Harbour marina, which makes a sunset sail along the coast simple to arrange.

    Getting around

    Taxis and ride-hailing are the easiest way around, with Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah both about five minutes away. The nearest tram stop, Mina Seyahi, is a short drive and connects with the metro and JBR. Sheikh Zayed Road is close by, putting Downtown around 25 minutes away and DXB about 30 outside rush hour.
