Atlantis and Palm Jumeirah fill the windows of this two-bedroom apartment, and two balconies with lounge chairs and dining tables face the sunset over the beach. The main bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and its own bathroom with a rain shower; the second has twin beds that can be pushed together into a king, and a sofa bed in the lounge takes two more. A 65-inch TV and a desk share the living area, and a table for four is joined by a two-stool bar beside the kitchen, which has a gas hob, a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer.

The tower stands in the Emaar Beachfront part of Dubai Harbour. Residents use a private beach with loungers, umbrellas and a lifeguard, a heated infinity pool facing the Palm and a gym, and a parking space is reserved for the apartment.
