How do I book a Dubai holiday home safely?
What each home shows, how payments are secured, and how to protect yourself from payment scams.
What each home shows
Every home is managed by DubaiCrypt and shows its guest ratings, its house rules and, where available, its holiday-home permit number. The total and the cancellation policy are shown on the “Confirm and pay” page before you pay.
Secure payments
You only ever pay on dubaicrypt.com, from your account: each crypto payment has its own address, shown on the payment screen at checkout. We never send payment addresses by chat, social media or phone.
- Never pay to an address received by message
- Check that the page address starts with https://dubaicrypt.com
- Turn on two-step verification and never share your password
- Keep your transaction hash as proof of payment
- Report suspicious messages to the concierge
Locked out of your account?
If you forgot your password or lost the phone you use for two-step verification, contact the concierge: the concierge verifies your identity and restores access.
If anyone claiming to be DubaiCrypt asks you to pay outside the website, stop and contact us.
