How do cancellations and refunds work?

Every booking follows the same cancellation policy, shown on the “Confirm and pay” page before you book. Deadlines are in Dubai time.

Homes

  • Full refund up to 7 days before check-in
  • 50% refund up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Non-refundable after that

Cars

  • Full refund up to 48 hours before pick-up
  • 50% refund up to 24 hours before pick-up
  • Non-refundable after that

How to cancel

Open “Trips” in your account, choose the booking and cancel in one click. The page shows the refund you will receive before you confirm.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are added to your DubaiCrypt balance instantly, in US dollars, ready to use at checkout for your next booking. Unused balance can be paid back in crypto on request through the concierge.
