What if I sent crypto on the wrong network or amount?
What to do if you sent too little, too much, or on a different network from the one selected.
You sent too little
The payment screen shows the remaining amount. Send it to the same address to complete the payment: your booking is then confirmed automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
You sent too much
Contact the concierge with the payment reference and the transaction hash, and we will look into the difference with you.
You used a different network
Contact the concierge immediately with the payment reference and the transaction hash. Depending on the networks involved, recovery may be possible but is not guaranteed and can involve fees.
Tron addresses start with “T”. Ethereum addresses start with “0x”, but so do addresses on other networks such as BNB Smart Chain or Base, so check the network name too.
