DubaiCrypt is a Dubai booking platform for holiday homes and rental cars paid in cryptocurrency: 1,039 furnished apartments, villas and penthouses managed by DubaiCrypt in 27 neighbourhoods and 1,220 rental cars from licensed Dubai rental companies, priced in US dollars, booked instantly and paid directly at checkout in Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC) or Ether (ETH). Bookings are confirmed instantly, and a 24/7 concierge answers in English, French, Russian and Arabic.

Which cryptocurrencies and networks do you accept?

You pay directly at checkout, with 4 options: USDT on Tron (TRC-20), USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH). You pick the coin and the network, and the payment screen shows the exact amount, the address and a QR code.

How is the crypto amount calculated?

Every price is set in US dollars. At checkout, we convert the total into the coin you choose at the live market rate and lock it while you pay, with a countdown on the payment screen, so it cannot move while you send the payment. We do not add a hidden exchange-rate margin.

What is included in the nightly price?

The nightly price shown is all-in: cleaning and service fees are already included. Any Tourism Dirham fee or VAT that applies is shown at checkout, never added on arrival.

How does booking work?

Choose your dates and select Reserve. On the next page, log in or create your DubaiCrypt account, then choose your cryptocurrency and pay the exact total directly at checkout; your dates are held while you pay. The booking is confirmed instantly once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, with a voucher and a USD receipt in Trips.

What if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?

If you send less than the amount due, the payment screen shows the remaining amount to send to the same address. Always send on the network you selected: each address works only on its own network, and funds sent on another network may not be recoverable. If you sent too much, or for any other issue, contact our concierge with your payment reference.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

You cancel in one click from Trips in your account, and refunds go instantly to your DubaiCrypt balance. Homes: full refund up to 7 days before check-in, 50% up to 48 hours before. Cars: full refund up to 48 hours before pick-up, 50% up to 24 hours before. Your balance, in US dollars, can pay for a future booking at checkout, and unused balance can be paid back in crypto on request through our concierge.

What do I need at check-in?

Holiday homes in Dubai must register every guest, so each guest shows a passport or Emirates ID at check-in. The main guest must be 18 or older. Check-in details and the exact address are sent once your booking is confirmed.

Can you help with a car or an airport transfer?

Yes. You can rent a car on DubaiCrypt from licensed Dubai rental companies, from everyday cars to luxury SUVs, with no deposit and free delivery, paid in crypto at checkout. For an airport transfer, contact our concierge and we will come back with options.
