A balcony reached from both the bedroom and the living room faces the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain at close range, with a two-seat lounger and two chairs set out for the evening shows and the New Year’s Eve fireworks. The bedroom has a king bed with a medium-firm mattress, an armchair by the window and its own bathroom; a powder room serves the living area, where a sofa bed sleeps extra guests, and a movable ottoman bed can go in either room. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, and there is a washer and dryer.

Burj Vista Tower 1 has a pool, a gym and a children’s playroom. A travelator connects the tower with the metro, the mall and the fountain, all roughly five minutes’ walk away.
