In short
- Bookings are instant and confirmed as soon as they are paid.

Who we are
DubaiCrypt (“we”, “us”) operates dubaicrypt.com, a website for booking holiday homes and rental cars in Dubai. DubaiCrypt manages every holiday home offered on the website itself, and when you book a home you book it directly with DubaiCrypt.
Your account
An account is required to book. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential, and we recommend turning on two-step verification. Contact us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. If you forget your password or lose access to two-step verification, contact our concierge: we verify your identity before restoring access.
Booking
Bookings are instant. On the “Confirm and pay” page, you choose a cryptocurrency and pay the exact booking total directly at checkout. Your dates are held during the payment, and the booking is confirmed automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain; your voucher and receipt in US dollars are then available in your account. If no payment arrives while the dates are held, they are released; a payment that arrives after that confirms the booking if the dates are still free, and is otherwise credited to your DubaiCrypt balance.
Prices
All prices are set in US dollars (USD), per night for homes and per day for cars, with cleaning and service fees included in home prices. The total shown on the “Confirm and pay” page is the full amount you pay; no fee or levy is added afterwards.
Payment and your balance
Bookings are paid in crypto at checkout, on the networks listed on our website, according to the Crypto payment terms, which form part of these terms. Card and bank payments are not offered at this stage. Your account also has a balance in US dollars: refunds are credited to it instantly, it can be used to pay for a booking at checkout, and unused balance can be paid back in crypto on request through our concierge. The balance is personal and cannot be transferred.
Cancellations and refunds
Homes: full refund up to 7 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 48 hours before check-in, and no refund after that. Cars: full refund up to 48 hours before pick-up, 50% refund up to 24 hours before pick-up, and no refund after that. Percentages apply to the total paid, and deadlines are calculated in Dubai time. You can cancel from “Trips” in your account; any refund due is credited to your DubaiCrypt balance immediately. Unused balance can be paid back in crypto on request through our concierge.
Your obligations as a guest
You agree to provide accurate identity documents for the mandatory DET guest registration, to respect the house rules and the building’s regulations, not to exceed the stated capacity, and to leave the home in the condition in which you found it.
Car rental
Car rentals are booked, paid and cancelled in the same way as homes. No security deposit is taken, and insurance and delivery and collection in Dubai are included. The conditions shown on the car’s page and at checkout, such as included mileage and extra-kilometre charges, apply. Salik tolls and traffic fines are charged at cost after the rental, with the official receipts, plus any admin fee shown on the car’s page. The driver must hold a valid licence and meet the age requirement for the car.
Deposits for homes
Where a refundable security deposit applies to a home, we tell you its amount and how to pay it before your arrival. It is returned after check-out. Any deduction is documented and shared with you before the rest of the deposit is returned.
Liability
DubaiCrypt manages the homes offered on the website and is responsible for providing them as described in their listings. We are also responsible for the operation of our website, your account and balance, and the handling of your payments. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of the UAE.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force on the day you book.
