Choose your coin and network and pay the exact total right there: a payment screen shows the amount, a unique address and a QR code, with the rate locked while you pay. Your dates are held during the payment.

- Send on the network you choseTron addresses start with “T”, Bitcoin addresses with “bc1”, “1” or “3”, Ethereum addresses with “0x”.
- Send the exact amountIf your exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, add it so that the full amount due arrives.

USDT on TRC-20 is usually confirmed in about a minute, ETH in 1–3 minutes and BTC in 10–30 minutes. Your dates are held in the meantime, and the booking is confirmed automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
What if the countdown runs out?
If you have not sent anything yet, start a new payment at the current rate. If your payment was already on its way, do not send it again: the address is still watched for a while after the countdown, and your booking is confirmed when the payment arrives.
Can I pay part in crypto and part by card?
Card payments are not offered at the moment. If your DubaiCrypt balance from a refund covers the whole total, you can pay with it at checkout; otherwise you pay the total in crypto.
Do I need an account to pay in crypto?
Yes. A DubaiCrypt account is required to book; you can create one on the “Confirm and pay” page in about 30 seconds. It keeps your trips, receipts, saved homes and US dollar balance for refunds in one place, and you can protect it with two-step verification.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less, the payment screen shows the remaining amount: send it to the same address to complete the payment. If you send more, contact the concierge with the payment reference and the transaction hash.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Every booking comes with a voucher and a receipt in US dollars in your account, and your payment history shows the transaction hash of each payment, which helps with expense claims.
