Which one should I choose?

Pay with what you hold

The price in US dollars is the same whatever you choose: only the network, its speed and its fee change.

  • You hold USDT

Pick the network your wallet or exchange uses and compare the withdrawal fee your exchange charges on each; USDT on TRC-20 usually confirms in about a minute.

  • You hold Bitcoin

Pay on-chain from your Bitcoin wallet. Two confirmations are required, usually 10–30 minutes, and your dates are held in the meantime.

  • You hold Ether

Pay in ETH on Ethereum mainnet, confirmed in minutes. Layer-2 networks are not supported for ETH.

From an exchange

Paying from an exchange

Most payment problems come from the withdrawal screen of an exchange. Three checks avoid them.

  1. Choose the network firstOn the withdrawal screen, select the same network as on your payment screen: Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20) or Bitcoin.
  2. Paste the address, then check itCompare the first and last characters with the payment screen. A Tron address starts with “T”, a Bitcoin address with “bc1”, “1” or “3”, an Ethereum address with “0x”.
  3. Make sure the full amount arrivesMake sure the amount that arrives matches the amount due: if the exchange deducts a fee, add it.

Check before you send

Read an address in two seconds

Shortened examples: your own payment address is only shown on the payment screen of your booking.

  • Tron · TRC-20TQ7mR4kV2pN8sW1bXe…9xFh

Starts with “T”. USDT on TRC-20 only.

  • Bitcoinbc1q9h6x2mt0vz…k7wfs

    Starts with “bc1”, “1” or “3”. On-chain only.

  • Ethereum0x7A1c93fE20d…4bD9

Starts with “0x”, like addresses on other networks: check the network name too.

Same address, different network?

Tron addresses start with “T” and Bitcoin addresses with “bc1”, “1” or “3”. Ethereum addresses start with “0x”, but so do addresses on other networks such as BNB Smart Chain or Base, so check the network name too. If the address or the network does not match what you selected, stop.

Do you accept USDC?

No. You can pay in USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), in Bitcoin (BTC) or in Ether (ETH).

Do you accept AE Coin or other dirham tokens?

We are working on accepting regulated dirham payment tokens; we will announce it on this page.

Which network is the fastest?

USDT on TRC-20 is usually confirmed in about a minute, ETH in 1–3 minutes and BTC in 10–30 minutes. Your dates are held in the meantime, and the booking is confirmed automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

Can I pay with Bitcoin over the Lightning Network?

Lightning Network payments are not supported yet. Please pay on-chain.

Do I need ETH to pay with USDT on ERC-20?

Keep a little ETH in your wallet to pay the network fee (gas). Sending USDT without enough ETH will fail.

What if I send on the wrong network?

Only send on the network shown on the payment screen. Funds sent on an unsupported network may not be recoverable.
