From the 61st-floor balcony the view runs across Sheikh Zayed Road to the Burj Khalifa, the Downtown towers and a strip of sea. Floor-to-ceiling glass lines the living room, where an L-shaped sofa faces a 65-inch smart TV and a marble table with blue velvet chairs seats four. The bedroom has a 180 cm king bed, a 55-inch TV, blackout shades and its own bathroom, and a powder room serves the living area, whose sofa bed sleeps two more. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, and a washer and dryer sit in a laundry cupboard.

The apartment is part of a five-star hotel tower. Residents can use the 64th-floor infinity pool from 07:00 to 19:00, the gym, Malibu Sky Lounge and the restaurants, while the spa and kids' playroom are charged. A grocery store is downstairs, underground parking is free, and the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 15 minutes on foot.
