Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a balcony that looks along the Dubai Canal to the Burj Khalifa. The bedroom has a 180 cm king bed and blackout curtains, while two three-seater sofa beds in the living room each open into a queen, allowing six to stay. A heated fireplace, a 65-inch smart TV and a stack of board games make the lounge the social hub, and the dining table seats six. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and Nespresso machine; the main bathroom has a tub and separate shower, and a powder room sits by the door. A prayer mat, Quran and Qibla marker are provided.
