Behind a door of its own, the kitchen is fitted with stainless-steel appliances, an oven, a hob and plenty of cupboards, which is unusual for a one-bedroom in the area. The bedroom has a queen bed with cotton linen, the living room a sofa and smart TV, and the balcony looks out over the city.
