About this home

From the 16th floor, the living room's large windows take in the canal, Downtown and the Burj Khalifa. A corner sofa faces a 65-inch smart TV, a high dining table stands beside a kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and the bedroom holds a queen bed and a second double bed with blackout curtains and roomy wardrobes, so four can sleep here. The private balcony is laid with artificial grass and set up with outdoor furniture.

Binghatti Canal is a recently completed Business Bay tower with an infinity pool overlooking the skyline, a gym and a residents' lounge. A grocery store occupies the next building, restaurants are nearby, and Dubai Opera, Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are close at hand. A private parking space is included.
