The open living room has curved sofas and full-height glass looking over the Marina, and the dining room, lit by bespoke chandeliers, sits next to a fully fitted kitchen. On the upper floor each bedroom has its own bathroom; the master adds a soaking tub, and the windows up there take in Atlantis The Royal, the Palm and the Ain Dubai wheel.

The home has a private pool, a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture, while the private balcony faces Ain Dubai directly. Indoors there is a pool table, board games and children's books and toys, and the building adds a gym, a playground, lifts and on-site staff. The Walk at JBR is reached straight from the residence, with JBR Beach a short stroll further on.
