Recent renovation has given this 170 m² Shams apartment a fresh finish, and its balcony looks out over the Marina. Four bedrooms each have a king bed, with a large sofa bed in the main room and a mid-size one in bedroom 2; two more large sofa beds in the living room bring capacity to 14. Three bathrooms, four large smart TVs, blackout curtains and a work desk keep a group comfortable.

The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and there is a washer and dryer. Shams is among the calmer clusters in JBR, with three outdoor pools and a gym, and a parking space comes free.
