About this home

Murjan 5 stands right on The Walk, and this upgraded four-bedroom apartment looks out to sea from its private balcony. Four bathrooms mean each bedroom has one close by, the rooms have generous wardrobe space, and the living and dining area is roomy enough for seven. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, with a washer and dryer for laundry.

Every pool across the Sadaf and Murjan clusters is open to guests, as is the Sadaf gym, all reached from the plaza level with a key card. The Beach mall is about five minutes on foot, and two parking spaces are reserved for the apartment.

Families are well looked after, with two baby beds, a high chair, children's books, art supplies and board games, plus beach essentials for days on the sand.
