About this home

Dubai Marina lights up the windows of this two-bedroom apartment after dark, and both bedrooms take in the waterfront. Each room has a king bed; the first adds a smart TV with Netflix and an en-suite, and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeps two more. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower. A round dining table sits by the open kitchen, which has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a blender, a toaster and a coffee machine, and a private balcony has outdoor furniture.

The building is in Emaar Beachfront, with direct access to the residents’ beach, a gym and one free parking space. Dubai Marina is about five minutes away, Palm Jumeirah ten and Downtown Dubai fifteen. Construction next to the building can be noisy at times.
