About this home

Warm, modern furnishings set the tone in this two-bedroom apartment, whose lounge opens onto a balcony with a partial view of the sea. The main bedroom has a king bed, good storage and a view of Palm Jumeirah; the second is bright, with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a full set of crockery, and a washer and dryer are in the apartment.

Palace Beach Residence is a new building in Emaar Beachfront, between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Residents share a private beach a few steps from the entrance, a pool with sea views, a gym, a meeting room and round-the-clock security, and parking is provided. JBR Beach is about five minutes away and Downtown Dubai roughly half an hour. Construction continues in parts of the district.

Check-in can be self-guided or met in person, and a pool table and children’s playroom help with family stays.
