The residential side of Production City is a compact cluster of mid-rise towers, set slightly apart from the offices, studios and print works that gave the district its original name. Our six apartments are in these towers. Evenings are quiet, the streets are easy to navigate, and the fairways of Jumeirah Golf Estates begin next door.
Eating & going out
City Centre Me’aisem, a neighbourhood mall with a supermarket, cafés and casual restaurants, is a few minutes away, and Circle Mall in JVC is close by as well. For a broader choice, Dubai Marina and JBR are around 20 minutes by car, and the clubhouse at Jumeirah Golf Estates has its own restaurants overlooking the courses.
Getting around
Jumeirah Golf Estates station, on the Route 2020 branch of the Red Line, was built to serve Production City and its neighbours; it is a short drive or feeder-bus ride from most towers. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road runs alongside the district, with quick links to Dubai Marina, Downtown and Al Maktoum International.
