About this home

Open-plan living and dining space in this three-bedroom apartment faces the sea and Palm Jumeirah, and a furnished balcony runs off the lounge. The main bedroom is generously sized with a balcony of its own, and a separate maid’s room has its own bathroom, giving three and a half bathrooms in all. The cooking area includes an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker, alongside a washer and a dryer.

Residents share a pool, a gym and a children’s play area, and a covered parking space is included. The building sits on the beach side of Emaar Beachfront, close to both Dubai Marina and the Palm. The district is still under construction, renovation work on a lower floor may be heard on weekday mornings and afternoons, and boats from the harbour can be audible at times.
