Twenty-five floors up, this one-bedroom apartment has a balcony that looks out to sea and towards Palm Jumeirah. The bedroom takes a 180 × 200 cm king bed with blackout curtains, and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeps two more beside the smart TV. In the kitchen there is a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, and a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and power adapters are also supplied.

The tower sits within Emaar Beachfront, where guests have free use of the private beach, a pool and a gym, with two facility cards and a card for the reserved covered parking bay. The district is still being built, so expect some construction nearby.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00, with a team member meeting you on arrival. A cot, a travel cot and a high chair are available for families.
