About this home

Both the bedroom and the lounge open onto the same private balcony, which has outdoor seating and partial views over the waterfront community. The bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm king bed and built-in wardrobes, while a sofa bed in the living room sleeps one or two more. A smart TV, a dedicated workspace with Ethernet and blackout blinds are provided, the kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, kettle and fridge, and the washing machine has its own laundry room.

Palace Beach Residence belongs to Emaar Beachfront and stands right on the sand, close to Dubai Marina and JBR. Residents have a pool, a fitness centre, sun loungers and round-the-clock security and concierge, and parking on site is free.
