The sea, the Marina towers and Dubai Harbour all show through the floor-to-ceiling windows of this one-bedroom apartment. A blue velvet sofa sits by the balcony doors, and the balcony itself has lounge seating. The bedroom has a king bed with hotel-grade linen and its own access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, and there is a washer-dryer, a workspace and Wi-Fi of about 115 Mbps.
