    Life in Al Jaddaf

    Living here

Al Jaddaf grew up around boatyards where wooden dhows were built, and traditional boats are still serviced along parts of the shore. Today it is a district of hotels and apartment towers facing Dubai Festival City across the water. Our three apartments are close to Culture Village, where the waterfront is calm in the evenings and the creek views open wide.

    Eating & going out

Hotel restaurants along the waterfront set the tone, with Palazzo Versace in Culture Village among the best known. For more variety, Wafi City and Oud Metha are five minutes away, and the old-town terraces of Al Seef and the restaurants of Downtown are around ten. Festival City’s promenade lies directly across the creek.

    Getting around

Al Jadaf and Creek stations on the Green Line connect with the Red Line at BurJuman and Union. Water transport runs from the Al Jaddaf marine station across to Dubai Festival City. By car, Downtown is about ten minutes away and the airport about 15, via the Business Bay Crossing or Al Garhoud Bridge.
