    Life in Jumeirah Village Circle

    Living here

JVC is laid out as a ring of districts around a central loop road, and each district has its own pocket park, so there is usually a patch of green within a few minutes’ walk. Our homes here are mainly studios and one-bedroom apartments, several of them in District 12, plus one villa. Many buildings have a shared pool and gym for residents.

    Eating & going out

Day-to-day life centres on Circle Mall, the community’s own shopping centre, with supermarkets, cafés and family restaurants, and on the coffee shops that occupy the ground floors of many newer buildings. For an evening out, Dubai Marina and Mall of the Emirates are both around 15 minutes away by taxi, which makes dinner by the water an easy plan.

    Getting around

There is no metro station inside JVC, so most guests rely on taxis and ride-hailing apps, which arrive quickly. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road run along the edges of the community, giving direct routes to Downtown, the Marina and both airports. The roads in and out of the community can be slow at rush hour.
