About this home

High up in the Burj Views complex, this two-bedroom apartment puts the Burj Khalifa in front of you twice: through the full-height glass of the main bedroom and from the private balcony. Both bedrooms have king beds, the second with generous wardrobe space and access to the balcony. The open living and dining area has a smart TV and a dedicated workspace, and the kitchen is fitted with oven, hob and microwave, alongside a washing machine.

Shared facilities include a pool, a gym, a squash court, a barbecue area and a lobby lounge, with security and concierge at all hours and free parking. Souk Al Bahar, Dubai Mall and the fountain are a short walk away, and main roads and public transport are easy to reach.

With a single bathroom, it best suits a couple, colleagues or a small family; a cot is available on request.
