About this home

Glass runs from floor to ceiling across the living room, framing the Burj Khalifa and the fountain, and a private balcony opens off it. The principal bedroom has a king bed, wardrobes and an en-suite; the second, which also faces the tower, holds a pair of twin beds beside the second bathroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge makes room for more guests. A large counter in the kitchen links to a six-seat dining table, with a dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee maker on hand.

Residents of the tower share a swimming pool, a gym, a pool table and a barbecue area, and parking on site is free. Dubai Mall is about two minutes away on foot, with the restaurants and sights of Downtown around it.
