About this home

Granite worktops, plenty of cupboard space and an open-plan kitchen define the main living area of this two-bedroom apartment, which runs into a dining corner and a lounge. Both bedrooms are generously sized, the two bathrooms include bathtubs, and the balcony takes in the city skyline with the Burj Khalifa in full view. Blackout blinds, an in-room safe and a coffee maker are part of the set-up.

Burj Royale is one of the newest towers in Downtown Dubai. Residents have a fitness centre, a swimming pool, a spa, landscaped gardens, a children’s playground and a barbecue area, and one parking space comes free of charge. Dubai Mall is about a five-minute walk, with Dubai Opera and the fountain also reachable on foot.

A cot and a high chair are available, making it a straightforward choice for a family of up to six.
