About this home

Italian-style furniture sets the tone in this new two-bedroom apartment, where full-height windows in the lounge frame the Burj Khalifa. A balcony with a single outdoor sofa looks over the skyline, handy for a first coffee of the day. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second room suits friends or children, and there are two bathrooms plus a guest WC, one with a bathtub. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher and coffee maker, and tea and coffee are left for arrival.

Vida Dubai Mall gives residents a pool, a hot tub and a gym, with security on duty day and night and free parking. The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the fountain are each about five minutes on foot, Souk Al Bahar seven and Dubai Opera ten; DXB is 15 to 20 minutes by car and JBR around 25.

Check-in is from 15:00 through a smart lock, and check-out is by 11:00.
