About this home

Walnut tones, textured fabrics and warm lamplight shape the interiors of this two-bedroom. Four queen beds sleep up to eight, with a sofa bed available on request, and there are two and a half bathrooms, one with a bathtub. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and coffee maker, a washer and dryer and a dining table cover family needs, and the private balcony looks over Downtown to the Burj Khalifa.

Paramount Midtown’s 64th floor holds the Malibu pool, bar and sky lounge, reached by changing lifts at the 14th-floor reception. The tower also has a gym, spa and kids’ club on floor 13, restaurants and a café on floor 14, and business studios and prayer rooms on floor 15. Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and grocery shops are each about five minutes by car.

One parking space is free, and a foldable cot, travel cot and high chair are available. There is no luggage storage in the building.
