About this home

The Burj Khalifa rises above the Downtown skyline in clear view of the balcony. Both bedrooms have king beds: the main one adds a single bed and an en-suite, and a sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The lounge has a large sectional and a 65-inch smart TV, the kitchen covers an oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker beside a table for four, and the bathrooms offer a tub and a walk-in shower. A washer, dryer, iron and vacuum are on hand.

Paramount Midtown sits on Al Mustaqbal Street, about 15 minutes on foot from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa and 10 from Business Bay metro. The infinity pool opens 07:00 to 19:00 and the gym and wellness floor 07:00 to 21:00, with a sauna, spa, jacuzzi, children's pool and playroom, a business lounge, restaurants and a pool bar. A mini-mart is downstairs and one private parking space is included.
