About this home

The second bedroom holds two queen beds and opens straight onto a private balcony, where the Burj Khalifa rises above the Business Bay towers; the view carries into the room itself. The main bedroom pairs a king bed with a single and has its own en-suite, a second bathroom serves the living area, and a sofa bed there brings capacity to nine. An espresso machine, oven, hob, dishwasher and dining table equip the kitchen.

Residents of the apartment share the tower's facilities: an infinity pool on the 64th-floor roof overlooking the skyline, a gym, sauna, steam room and hot tub, an indoor play area for children, and restaurants and cafés downstairs. Parking on site is free, and arrival is by self check-in with luggage drop-off available.

A cot, travel cot and high chair, a dedicated workspace, a washer-dryer and optional housekeeping make it practical for families or groups of friends staying a week or more.
