About this home

This booking combines two apartments with similar layouts and furnishings, on the 57th and 60th floors of Forte 1, giving eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total. In each, the bedrooms, living room and balcony all face the Burj Khalifa and the fountain, and the main suite has a king bed and its own bathroom. Each living room has 65-inch and 55-inch TVs, a PS5 and board games, and the balconies come with a hammock.

Kitchens are fully fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, and each flat has a washer, dryer and air purifier. For children there is a travel cot, a high chair and an indoor climbing wall, plus an outdoor play area in the building. Residents use a pool and a gym fitted with Technogym equipment, and the tower stands on the Downtown boulevard.

Self check-in by smart lock, an EV charger and free parking suit a large family group arriving by car.
