Each unit has two king bedrooms with 55-inch TVs, one room with two singles, one with a single, a sofa bed in the lounge and three full bathrooms plus a powder room, giving eight bedrooms and up to 16 guests in total. Both kitchens are fully fitted, and the windows face the Burj Khalifa and the fountain.

The residential complex includes adult and children’s pools with sun loungers, a gym and yoga studio, three squash courts, a cinema, a games room with pool and foosball tables, a residents’ lounge and covered play areas, with security at all hours and two allocated covered parking spaces.
