About this home

Booked together, these two matching apartments on the 24th and 25th floors give a large group eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two powder rooms, while each party keeps its own front door. Every flat has a king en-suite, a queen room, a room with two small doubles, a former maid’s room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Windows and balconies face the city, and the upper flat looks straight at the Burj Khalifa and the fountain lake.

Both kitchens have a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, and each living room has a 65-inch smart TV. Downstairs, the pool deck and the gym both look towards the Burj Khalifa. Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar are around ten minutes on foot, DIFC is ten minutes by taxi and the airport roughly 20 to 25 minutes by car.

A cot and a high chair come with each apartment, and washer-dryers handle the laundry.
