About this home

From the top floor of the Fendi Tower, the panorama runs from Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali to the Burj Al Arab, The World islands, Ain Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and the desert beyond. A large terrace faces the sea, with outdoor furniture set out from October to May, and a second balcony opens off the kitchen. Indoors, the living and dining room centres on an 80-inch screen, the four bedrooms include a main suite with a walk-in wardrobe, and 3.5 bathrooms serve eight guests. A private spa room with an electric massage chair is a rare extra, and the furnishings are by Crate and Barrel.

High-floor apartments have their own lobby. On level P5, residents share a pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, a gym, a spa with sauna and steam room, a games room, a lounge and a nine-seat cinema that the concierge books at no charge. Marina Walk starts at the door.
