Laid out over three levels, this triplex has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and room for six, plus two infants. Floor-to-ceiling glass looks over the Marina from the open-plan living space, and a balcony shares the same outlook. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, and there is a desk, a washer and dryer, blackout blinds and an in-room safe.

Marina Star has its own access onto Marina Walk, with an infinity pool, a gym, a table-tennis table and a residents' lounge. A grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaner and restaurants operate inside the building, and JBR beach is about five minutes on foot. A private parking space is included.
