About this home

Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and a dressing area, and a sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more, for eight in total. The main balcony looks across the marina and the sea to Palm Jumeirah and Ain Dubai, right where the sun goes down; a second balcony is also furnished. A desk with the same outlook, a 65-inch smart TV, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, and a washer and dryer cover daily life.

Residents of Marina Gate 2 have two pools plus a children’s pool, two gyms facing the marina, a padel and tennis court, a play area, a sauna and a hot tub, with security around the clock. Two covered parking bays are free. Sobha Realty metro station is about 10 minutes on foot and Dubai Marina Mall 15; Bluewaters is 10 minutes by car and DXB airport 30.
