About this home

Split over two floors, this duplex sleeps nine. Downstairs, one bedroom shares the floor with the living room, and the other three are upstairs; every bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a half-bath serves the ground floor. The master and third bedrooms have king beds, the second has two queens, and the fourth, a former maid's room, has a single. A six-seat sofa and 65-inch TV fill the lounge, which opens onto a balcony facing Sheikh Zayed Road and the Jumeirah Lake Towers, and the kitchen runs to induction cooking, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

Yacht Bay Tower has an outdoor pool with a children's section and jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna and a play area, with a concierge and security on duty at all hours. DMCC metro and the tram are two minutes on foot, JBR Beach about five and Dubai Marina Mall ten. Two parking spaces come with the home.
