Looking out at the Burj Khalifa, this studio pairs a king bed with a sofa bed that takes two children, a dining area and a smart TV with Apple TV. The kitchen comes with a Nespresso machine, oven, hob, dishwasher and freezer, and the bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine and a desk corner make longer visits easy.

Emaar Residences Fashion Avenue, known until recently as the Address Dubai Mall Residences, sits on top of the Kempinski Central Avenue and opens straight into Dubai Mall. Residents get an infinity pool with loungers, a gym, children’s play areas, spa and salon facilities and a round-the-clock concierge, and one covered parking space is allocated to the studio.
