This designer studio keeps everything on one open plan: a living and dining space, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, and a balcony looking over the Downtown skyline. Sleeping is on a king bed, with a single sofa bed for a third guest, and there is a closet, a refreshed bathroom and a small desk for work.

The tower sits on the Boulevard, a few minutes on foot from Dubai Opera, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, with shops and restaurants all around. Inside the building you'll find two pools, a gym, a steam room and sauna, indoor and outdoor play areas for children, barbecue spots, a library and meeting rooms.

Self check-in opens at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Building staff are on hand, free parking is available on site, and a cot can be provided for a baby.
