Architect-designed and fully renovated, this 42 m² studio keeps sleeping and living apart: a queen bed sits in its own sleeping zone, while the lounge has a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. The refitted kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and Nespresso machine, and there is generous storage for full-size suitcases. A furnished balcony, a desk for laptop work and blackout blinds complete the space.

The tower has a rooftop pool, a gym and a supermarket that never closes, plus a children’s playroom and an outdoor play area. Dubai Mall, home to the nearest metro station, is six or seven minutes away on foot, with the Burj Khalifa and the fountain just beyond. Business Bay is roughly 5 minutes by taxi or metro, Jumeirah Open Beach and La Mer about 10 minutes’ drive, and the Burj Al Arab around 15.

Self check-in, a cot, a high chair and housekeeping on request make it practical for a couple or a small family staying a week or longer.
