About this home

Sized for a couple, this studio pairs a 160 cm bed with a lounge corner where a sofa faces a TV with Chromecast and local channels. A dining table, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and Nespresso machine, and a bathroom with a tub make it workable for a longer stay. The large balcony has seating and a table for meals outside, and a washing machine, iron and cleaning kit are on hand.

Burj Views is a residential complex in central Downtown. Residents can use two pools with a children's section, three fitness rooms, courts for squash and badminton, a sauna, a barbecue area and a games room with a pool table. Basement parking is free and an EV charger is available, while Dubai Mall is less than ten minutes away on foot and public transport is easy to reach.

Arrival is met in person at an agreed time, after which a smart-lock code handles entry for the rest of the stay.
