The second floor is set aside for entertaining, with a large lounge and a billiard table, while the ground floor leads out to a garden, a pool with a sundeck and a barbecue grill. Rooms on the water side look straight out to sea.

The house is one of the Signature Villas on the fronds of Palm Jumeirah and has its own way down to the beach.
