Recently upgraded, the villa has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms for up to 16 guests, with a lift between floors. From the house, the view takes in Atlantis, Burj Al Arab and the towers of Dubai Marina.

Outdoors, an infinity pool, a hot tub, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue fill the private backyard, and the beach is reached directly from it. Beach essentials and a shelf of books are provided, and the kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and dishwasher.

Long stays are accepted, a cot and high chair are available on request, and parking on site is free. With this much room and a lift between floors, it suits multi-generation family trips.
