Six bedrooms and an assistant's room give seven in all: four en-suites with king or twin beds, two en-suite guest rooms with kings and an assistant's room with a double. One bedroom has an especially large wardrobe framed by vanity mirrors.

Balconies look over the Palm and its beach towards Atlantis, and the New Year fireworks can be seen from the villa. Outside, a private pool, a backyard garden, a barbecue, a covered patio lounge and sunbeds lead onto a private stretch of beach. There is a garage plus outdoor parking, a laundry area and 24-hour community security.
