About this home

Sea views reach into the open living room and the three main bedrooms through full-height glass. Two of these have king beds and one has twin beds, each with an en-suite, wardrobes and a Samsung smart TV, and the guest rooms also look over the marina. A queen bed fills the fourth room, and a single in the utility room takes the count to nine. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, beside a separate dining area.

The Adriatic is one of the Oceana Residences towers on the Palm Jumeirah trunk, facing open water. Residents use a lazy river, a large infinity pool, a private beach, a children's play area, a gym and several restaurants on site, and the apartment has covered parking for two cars. Pool and beach passes cover up to four adults and six children under 14.

A cot, a high chair, beach essentials and housekeeping on request suit families on a longer stay.
