Each of the four bedrooms has a king bed and its own bathroom, along with blackout shades, wardrobes and bedside reading lights, and a maid's room adds a single bed with an en-suite. The kitchen is built around a central island with quartz worktops and stainless-steel appliances, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, and the dining table sits by the doors to the balcony. An L-shaped sofa and a smart TV fill the living room, where two floor mattresses can be laid out for extra guests.

Outside, the private pool is ringed by garden and sun loungers, and the sand starts a short stroll from the villa. One parking space in the garage is included, and a concierge team is on call around the clock.
