About this home

Taking up half of the top floor and the full width of its tower, this 502 m² penthouse has high ceilings throughout and windows on two sides. The lounge, dining room and second suite face West Beach and the sunset, while the main and third suites look over the resort, the open sea and Ain Dubai. A terrace runs the length of the home with a private Jacuzzi, an outdoor bar, sunbeds and several seating areas, and a bespoke bar sits inside beside the formal dining table.

Each bedroom has an en-suite: the main suite adds a walk-in wardrobe and a sea-facing balcony, the second has a king bed, the third twin beds and its own balcony, and the fourth a queen bed. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, a drinks fridge, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar, with a washer and dryer.
